Recently moved to this surgery having moved into Crick. I’m amazed at the wonderful service I received yesterday visiting the practice. Everything from booking an appointment to the appointment itself was fantastic. Thank you so much, this makes such a difference

For this appt I saw the nurse again. My appointment was on time she was prepared for my treatment. Her care was beyond kindness. I had no need to speak to a receptionist as I signed in on the pad . But whenever I call the staff are always so very helpful. I consider myself very lucky to be a patient.

Can always get an appointment on the same day when you ring first thing in the morning. Pharmacy on site means so easy to get prescriptions. All stuff are professional friendly caring. We are very lucky to have such a well organised and excellent GP practice in our area.

Nothing comes to mind how it can currently be improved.

The nurse was great and very supportive. The reception team answered my queries accurately and quickly.

I queried whether my symptoms could be caused by the menopause and in her response the nurse said it was unlikely, then asked me if I was planning to have children and when I said no, she said off hand "we'd be more concerned if you were planning to have children". I understand why this may be true but given the consequences that menopause can have I don't think whether I'm having children should be the deciding factor in finding out if it is or not. If my mental health challenges are hormonal anti depressants won't solve the problem and that should be taken into account.
